OUR EXTENDED CHRISTMAS RETURNS POLICY
We've extended our usual limit for exchanges. Any gifts bought 8th November and 24th December 2020 can be exchanged for a different item up to 5th January 2021.
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Anything returned after 14 days but before 30 days can only be exchanged for an alternative garment but no refund can be issued.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns are to be posted to the following address.

Please enclose details that state your name, order number and the problem with the item. If you need an exchange (UK customers only) please add the size/item you would like to exchange for, we will get this out to you as quickly as possible (item/size permitting).
Once we receive your returned item, you will either be refunded or have your new item sent out within 2-3 working days. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
